At IndianNatya LLP, we are committed to providing high-quality online education in Indian classical arts, music, dance, yoga, fitness, and creative disciplines. We value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.

By enrolling in any course or making a payment through our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all payments made through the IndianNatya website or authorised payment channels for:

  • Online Music Classes
  • Online Yoga Classes
  • Online Fitness Classes
  • Online Drawing & Art Classes
  • Workshops
  • Personal Training Sessions
  • Group Classes
  • Trial Classes
  • Course Registrations
2. Trial Classes

Students are encouraged to attend the complimentary trial class before enrolling.

Once a student chooses to continue and pays the course fee, it is considered acceptance of the teaching methodology, course structure and schedule.

Fees paid after the trial class are generally non-refundable except in situations specifically mentioned in this policy.

3. Monthly Course Fees

IndianNatya operates primarily on a monthly fee model.

Monthly tuition fees paid for scheduled classes are non-refundable once the student has commenced attending classes during that billing cycle.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same invoice or enrolment, IndianNatya LLP will verify the transaction and refund the excess amount.

Refunds for duplicate payments are normally processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment is debited from your account but no successful transaction is recorded by IndianNatya, the amount is generally reversed automatically by the payment gateway or issuing bank.

If the amount is not automatically reversed within the bank’s prescribed timeline, customers may contact us with:

  • Transaction ID
  • Payment date
  • Amount
  • Registered email address

We will assist in coordinating with the payment gateway.

6. Cancellation by IndianNatya

If IndianNatya is unable to conduct a course due to:

  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical issues
  • Operational reasons
  • Force majeure events

students may be offered one or more of the following:

  • Rescheduled classes
  • Replacement classes
  • Credit towards future classes
  • Refund, where applicable

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature and duration of the interruption.

7. Missed Classes

Refunds are not provided for classes missed by students due to:

  • Personal commitments
  • Travel
  • Illness
  • Internet issues at the student’s end
  • Device problems
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions

Where feasible, IndianNatya may provide make-up sessions or recorded learning resources at its discretion.

8. Technical Issues

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Suitable device
  • Audio and video capability
  • Required software (such as Zoom)

Refunds will not be issued for classes missed due to technical issues on the student’s side.

9. International Payments

For international students:

  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Currency conversion losses.
  • Bank charges.
  • Payment gateway charges.
  • Foreign exchange fluctuations.

10. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway fees, banking charges, taxes and third-party transaction charges may be deducted from approved refunds wherever applicable.

11. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

The actual credit to the customer’s account depends on the policies of the respective bank or card issuer.

12. GST & Taxes

Where applicable, refunds will comply with prevailing GST and taxation regulations.

13. Changes to this Policy
